We'll give you the guarantee that the headlight will pass any registration and annual vehicle safety test in Europe. If for some reason they fail a test please send them back so we can fix them free of costs. If it still doesn’t pass the test afterwards and we see no more clear possibilities in adjusting your headlights you will get a full refund. All the details about our return policy can be found in our disclaimer.

Do I get a official document that my headlights have been converted?
Unfortunately we cannot give you a official document or certificate that the headlights have been converted. Your headlights will be tested with a special tool which will check if the light patern is correct. No paperwork is needed.

My headlights failed the test after the conversion. What do I do now?
In the unlikely event of the converted headlights not passing the test, please follow our return policy which can be found here.

There is condensation inside of my headlights after the conversion. What do I do now?
Despite the fact that we are doing our work as good as possible, there might be the slightest possibility that your headlight hasn’t been resealed properly, causing water to build up inside of your headlights. A little bit can normal due to the drying sealant, but if it gets worse please inform us so we can fix the problem for you. Please note: do not turn on the lights in order for the condensation to disappear quicker. The heat of the light bulbs in combination with water may cause parts of the headlights to melt. Instead, losen a rubber or seal on the back of the headlight so air can escape. This will cause the moist to disapear and prevent the headlight from damaging.

Why haven't my headlights been polished?
In some cases it is not really necessary to polish the headlight as some headlights have clear varnish on them for protection which will fade or become thinner by polishing.

When do I need a full headlight restoration?
When your clear varnish has already been party damaged and/or lacquer is peeling off, polishing won’t be enough to fully restore the headlight. They will need to be completely sanded down to remove all clear coating from the headlight. This is not free and full restoration can be done at additional costs of 49 euro´s.

I would like have the inside of my headlight painted. Is this possible?
If you prefer a different look we can spray the inner housing of your headlights in matte, semi- or high gloss black paint. For more information please click here

I'm not sure whether my country requires E-Marking. How do I find out?
We're not responsible for E-marking on your headlights, so please make sure to find out if E-Marking is required if you don’t have any on your headlights. For the most common European countries this is no problem as we are currently only aware of the following countries: Norway, Sweden and Finland. Please inform at your local test or registration centre to be sure. To learn more about E-marking please click here.

My country requires E-Marking but my lights don't have any. What are my options?
If you live in a country where E-markings are required e.g. Finland, Norway or Sweden, and your headlights don not have any, please send us an email and we might be able to swap your set for an E-marked one.
